What is the JC Penney Kiosk?
The JCPenney Associate Kiosk portal is the official online Employee Portal for JC Penney employees and managers. By logging on to JC Penny Kiosk portal, employees can manage their work schedules, taxes, view their payslips, check their health benefits and 401K plans and much more.

Using JC Penney Associate Kiosk Portal, JC Penney employees can login using their JC Penney User ID and password to access their employee details, work schedules and employee discounts and special JC Penney offers..
Employees can login through the JCPenney Associate Homepage at www.jcpassociates.com. Where the user will then be automatically be redirected to a a JC Penney login page with the url https://www.extapps.jcpenney.com/ps/associateinformation2.html?cmCatID=1, or similar. Not to worry, as it is the right JC Penney login page.
Employees can choose and click the ‘Associate Kiosk @ Home’ option, and then the page will be redirected to a login page of the JCPenney Associate kiosk login at the following url https://associatekiosk.jcpenney.com/idp/SSO.saml2.
The employee will be prompted to enter their official JC Penney Employee ID and Password. The Employee ID is the ID number issued from JCPenney, plus any leading zeros that must be added to complete the JC Penney Employee ID as it has a total of 9 digits.
In order to complete the initial JCPenney Associate login the user must enter a 11 digit default password that includes the initials JCP in uppercase, 2 digits of the user’s month of birth, 2 digits from the year of birth, and the last 4 digits of your SSN.
After completing the successful logging in for the first time, the system will prompt to have the password reset.
After successful logging into the JCP Associate Kiosk, JC Penney employees can view and change employment details, check JC Penney paycheck stubs benefits, work schedules and get information about employee perks, such as discounts. Days off and holidays
The employee can also download leave request forms to request time off for vacations or sick days and W-2 Tax Forms.

JC Penney Electronic W-2 Tax Forms.
If you are a JC Penney Associate, you will receive your year-end W-2 tax forms in electronic format, which makes it much easier to manage and store safely for your own records.
When the employee has logged in via the JC Penney Associate Kiosk login page, they can visit the “My Money” section. From that page, click on the W-2/W-2c Consent. Here the employee can find the information about how they can retrieve their W-2 Form. Sometimes the employee need to wait until it becomes available first for download and then they can Click on the “OK” button to continue.
JC Penney employees can also make a request for reissuing of the current or the previous year’s w-2 form. To do so, they can visit the Self Service area, Payroll and Compensation from within the JCP Kiosk and then choose the ‘JCP W-2 Reissue Request’.
Former JC Penney Associates follow a similar process to download JC Penney w-2 tax forms but they most log in into the JC Penney Former Associate Kiosk, instead (see below). The JC Penney Former Associate Login remains available for up to 18 months from the official date of termination of the JC Penney employee.
Jtime Launchpad – See Your JC Penney Work Schedules.
To access your work schedule through Jtime Launchpad on the JCPenney Associates Kiosk Portal, An employee can simply sign in to the JCP Associate Kiosk website, look on the left side of the first page and click on ‘JTime Launchpad to view their JC Penney work schedule’.
Once you have clicked and accessed the JTime Launchpad, the employee can also view both previous and future JCPenney work schedules from home.
